Setup
- Insert Soldering Tip: Carefully insert the desired soldering tip into the heating end of the soldering iron until it is firmly seated. Ensure it is fully inserted to ensure proper heating and temperature sensing.
- Connect Power: Connect the Type-C cable to the soldering iron's Type-C port. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible PD/QC power adapter (DC 9-20V, 18-100W output recommended).
- Place in Stand: Always place the soldering iron securely in its designated stand when not actively holding it for soldering.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Once connected to a power source, the soldering iron will automatically power on and display the current temperature on the OLED screen. To power off, disconnect the Type-C cable from the device or power source.
Temperature Adjustment
The temperature can be adjusted using the buttons on the soldering iron. Refer to the on-screen interface for specific button functions (usually '+' and '-' for temperature increase/decrease). The OLED screen will display the set temperature and the current tip temperature.

Auto Sleep / Hibernation Mode
The soldering iron features an intelligent induction sleep function. When the device is placed down and remains stationary for a set period, it will automatically enter hibernation mode, reducing the tip temperature to a safe level. This prolongs the life of the heating core and conserves energy. Picking up the soldering iron will automatically wake it up and return it to the set operating temperature.

Power Fine-Tuning (18-100W Adjustable)
The soldering iron supports adjustable power output from 18W to 100W, with 6 default power gears. This allows for fine-tuning the power according to your specific power adapter and soldering needs.
To adjust power settings:
- Enter the power fine-tuning interface (refer to the device's on-screen menu or specific button combination).
- Press 'A' or 'B' (or corresponding buttons) to select the adjustment item.
- Long press 'B' to select, short press to adjust, long press 'A' to exit.
- Select 'OK' and press and hold 'B' to save your settings.
Note: The T80 may jump temperature when using a new heating core; it will stabilize after several uses.

Maintenance
- Tip Cleaning: Regularly clean the soldering tip using a damp sponge or brass wool to remove excess solder and oxidation. A clean tip ensures efficient heat transfer.
- Tip Tinning: After cleaning and before storage, tin the tip with a small amount of solder to prevent oxidation and prolong its lifespan.
- Storage: Store the soldering iron and tips in a dry, cool place. Ensure the iron is completely cooled before storing.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the cable and connections for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Soldering iron restarts after heating. | Insufficient output power from the current power adapter. | Select a lower working voltage or use a power adapter with higher output power (e.g., 65W or 100W PD/QC compatible). |
| Tip not heating or heating slowly. | Tip not fully inserted; faulty tip; insufficient power. | Ensure tip is fully seated. Try a different tip. Verify power adapter output. |
| OLED screen is blank. | No power; faulty cable. | Check power connection. Try a different Type-C cable. Ensure power source is active. |
| Temperature display is inaccurate. | New heating core (T80 model); sensor issue. | For new T80 cores, temperature will stabilize after several uses. If problem persists, contact support. |
