Important: Never immerse the kettle or its base in water or other liquids, and do not place in a dishwasher.
  3. Placement: Place the power base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
  4. First Boil (Cleaning Cycle):
    • Fill the kettle with fresh water up to the MAX fill line (0.6L). Do not overfill.
    • Place the kettle securely on the power base.
    • Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

  2. Placing on Base: Securely place the kettle back onto the power base. The 360-degree cordless base allows for easy placement from any angle.

  4. Starting Boil: Press the start/power button. The indicator light will illuminate, and the display will show the current water temperature as it heats up.
  5. Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically shut off once the water reaches the set temperature or a full boil (212°F/100°C).
  6. Keep Warm Function: To activate the keep warm function, press and hold the start button for 3 seconds after the water has reached the desired temperature. The kettle will maintain the temperature for up to 30 minutes.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and longevity of your kettle.

  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a damp cloth or sponge and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
  • Interior Cleaning: Wash the inside of the kettle with hot, soapy water and rinse. For stubborn stains or mineral deposits (limescale), use a descaling solution specifically designed for kettles, or a mixture of white vinegar and water.
    • To descale: Fill the kettle with a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water. Let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or boil the solution if deposits are heavy. Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water.
  • Storage: When not in use, ensure the kettle is clean and dry. Store it on its base or in a cool, dry place. The power base has cord storage underneath for neatness.
  • Important: Never immerse the kettle in water or other liquids or place in a dishwasher.
