- WARNING: To avoid electric shock, ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker or fuse box before installation or servicing.
- All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances, or the National Electric Code (NEC). Consult a qualified electrician if you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections.
- This fixture is intended for indoor use only. Do not install in wet locations.
- Use only the specified bulb type and wattage. Exceeding the maximum wattage may cause overheating and damage the fixture.
- Handle glass components with care to prevent breakage.
Package Contents
Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all parts on a clear area. Ensure all components listed below are present before discarding packaging materials.

Setup and Installation
Tools Required (Not Included):
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
- Flat Head Screwdriver
- Wire Strippers
- Electrical Tape
- Safety Glasses
Installation Steps:
- Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power to the junction box is turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Prepare Mounting: Attach the mounting crossbar to the junction box using the provided mounting screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Adjust Cord Length: The pendant light comes with a 70.75 inch cord. To adjust the hanging height, loosen the set screw on the canopy where the cord enters. Carefully pull the cord through the canopy to the desired length. Tighten the set screw to secure the cord.

- Wiring Connections:
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (Live) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (Neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the ground wire (bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (or to the green ground screw on the crossbar) using a wire nut.
- Ensure all wire nuts are securely tightened and wrap connections with electrical tape for added safety.
- Mount the Canopy: Carefully push the wired canopy up to the ceiling, aligning the mounting holes on the canopy with the screws on the crossbar. Secure the canopy with the decorative nuts or screws provided.

- Install Bulb: Screw one (1) E26 medium base bulb (not included) into the socket. Do not exceed the maximum wattage of 100W.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete, restore power at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions
This pendant light is designed for simple operation via a standard wall switch.
- Power On/Off: Control the light fixture using the wall switch connected to its circuit.
- Dimmable Functionality: The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable E26 medium base bulbs (both sold separately). Ensure the dimmer switch is rated for LED or incandescent bulbs as appropriate for your chosen bulb type.
- Bulb Type: Requires one (1) E26 medium base bulb. Maximum wattage is 100W. Compatible with incandescent, LED, or CFL bulbs.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your pendant light.
- Cleaning:
- Always disconnect power before cleaning.
- For glass shades, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the glass.
- For metal parts, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the finish.

- Bulb Replacement:
- Ensure power is off and the bulb has cooled before attempting to replace it.
- Unscrew the old bulb counter-clockwise and screw in a new E26 medium base bulb.
- Do not exceed the maximum 100W rating.
Troubleshooting
