3. Setup

4.4. Windows Key Lock

To prevent accidental interruptions during gaming or other critical tasks, you can lock the Windows key. Press FN + Win to toggle the Windows key lock on or off. The WinLock indicator light will illuminate when the Windows key is locked.

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard Not Responding:
    • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer.
    • Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer.
    • Test the keyboard on another computer to rule out a computer-specific issue.
    • If using a USB hub, try connecting directly to the computer.
  • Specific Keys Not Working or Sticking:
    • Carefully remove the affected keycap using a keycap puller.
