3. Setup

1. Connect the Keyboard: Plug the USB-A connector of the included cable into an available USB port on your computer (Laptop, PC, or Tablet).

4.1. Basic Keyboard Functions

The surmen V200 is a full-size 104-key keyboard, providing all standard keys including a number pad. It supports full-key rollover (anti-ghosting) to ensure every keypress is registered accurately, even during rapid typing or complex gaming commands.

4.2. Multimedia and Shortcut Keys

6. Troubleshooting

• Keyboard Not Responding:
  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer.
  • Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer.
  • Test the keyboard on another computer to rule out a computer-specific issue.
  • If using a USB hub, try connecting directly to the computer.
• Specific Keys Not Working or Sticking:
  • Carefully remove the affected keycap using a keycap puller.
  • Inspect the switch for any visible debris or damage. Clean if necessary.
  • Re-seat the keycap firmly. If the issue persists, the switch may be faulty.
• RGB Backlighting Not Working or Incorrect:
  • Ensure the backlight is turned on using FN + Pause.
  • Cycle through different lighting modes using FN + INSERT / DELETE / HOME / END.
