Important Safety Instructions

• Always ensure the mixer grinder is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface before operation.
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
• Ensure all jars are properly locked onto the motor unit before starting.
• Never touch the blades while the appliance is connected to power. Always unplug before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the jar while grinding to prevent injury and damage to the appliance. Use the provided spatula only when the motor is off.

• Initial Use Odor: During the first few uses, you may notice a mild burning smell. This is normal and due to the motor varnish heating up. This smell should dissipate after subsequent uses. If the smell persists, contact Butterfly Service Centre.
• The appliance is equipped with overload protection. If the motor stops due to overload, switch off the appliance, wait a few minutes, and then press the reset button located at the bottom of the motor unit.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash all jars, lids, and blades with warm soapy water before first use. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main motor unit with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the mixer grinder main unit on a clean, dry, stable, and level surface, away from heat sources and water.
4. Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is not damaged and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut ingredients into small pieces suitable for the chosen jar.
2. Attach Jar: Place the desired jar onto the motor unit and twist clockwise until it locks securely. Ensure the lid is properly closed.
3. Select Speed: Turn the knob control to the desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3). For short bursts, use the 'Pulse' function.
4. Grind/Blend: Allow the appliance to run until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not operate continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow a 2-minute rest period between cycles.
5. Switch Off: Once finished, turn the knob to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
6. Remove Jar: Twist the jar counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the motor unit.
