Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Sky Viper Dash Nano Drone, consider the following common solutions:

  • Drone not responding: Ensure both the drone and remote control are fully charged and properly paired. Re-attempt the pairing process if necessary.
  • Unstable flight/drifting: Place the drone on a flat, level surface and perform a calibration as described in the pairing section. Check for any damaged or bent propellers and replace them if needed.
  • Short flight time: Ensure the drone's battery is fully charged. Battery life can vary based on flight intensity and environmental factors.
  • Propellers not spinning: Check for any obstructions around the propellers or motors. Ensure the drone is powered on and paired.
  • Loss of control after impact: If the drone hits an object and becomes unresponsive or flies erratically, turn it off and then on again, and re-pair with the remote. This can reset its internal sensors.
