4. Setup

1. Battery Installation: Unscrew the tailcap of the flashlight. Insert the provided 4800 mAh battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight. Screw the tailcap back on securely.
2. Initial Charge: For optimal performance, fully charge the flashlight before first use. Refer to the "Charging and Power Bank Function" section for details.
3. Lanyard Attachment: Attach the lanyard to the designated loop on the tailcap for added security during use.
4. Holster Use: Place the flashlight in the provided holster for convenient carrying and protection.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Press and hold the main power button for approximately 0.5 seconds to turn the flashlight on or off.

5.2 Switching Between Spotlight and Floodlight

• The L1 features two separate light sources. To switch between the spotlight and floodlight, rotate the head of the flashlight 180 degrees. The flashlight will automatically activate the corresponding light source.

5.3 Changing Brightness Modes

• When the flashlight is on, short press the main power button to cycle through the brightness modes for the currently active light source (Spotlight: Eco, Low, Medium, High; Floodlight: Low, Medium, High).
• The flashlight has a memory function and will recall the last used brightness level when turned on again.

5.4 Special Modes (Strobe/SOS)

• From any mode, double-press the main power button to activate Strobe mode.
• From Strobe mode, double-press again to activate SOS mode.

• The battery indicator on the flashlight will display either a blue light (sufficient charge) or a red light (low charge).

6.1 Charging the Flashlight

• The WUBEN L1 features a Type-C charging port. Connect the provided USB cable to the flashlight and a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer).
• A full charge typically takes approximately 2.5 hours with a 5V/2A input.
• The battery indicator will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.

6.2 Power Bank Function

• The L1 can act as a portable power bank to charge other mobile devices such as smartphones or earphones.
• Connect your device to the flashlight's USB-A output port using an appropriate cable.
• The 4800 mAh battery provides sufficient power for emergency charging.

7. Accidental Activation Prevention

To prevent accidental activation, especially when carrying the flashlight in a bag or pocket, slightly loosen the tailcap by turning it a quarter turn. This breaks the electrical contact and prevents the flashlight from turning on unintentionally. Remember to tighten the tailcap before use.

8. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
