Multi-Platform Compatibility
This gaming headset supports dual wireless connection modes (Bluetooth and 2.4GHz USB) and a 3.5mm wired connection, making it compatible with a wide range of devices including PS5, PS4, Switch, PC, Laptop, Tablet, iPad, iOS, and Mobile Phones. Xbox Series X/S controllers are supported via the 3.5mm cable (older versions may require an additional Microsoft adapter, not included).

2.4GHz USB Wireless Connection (for PS5, PC, Switch Docked)
- Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB transmitter into an available USB port on your PS5, PC, or Switch dock.
- Turn on the headset by holding the Play/Pause button. The headset will default to 2.4GHz connection mode.
- The headset should automatically connect to the transmitter. Confirm audio output settings on your device if necessary.
Bluetooth Wireless Connection (for Mobile, Tablet, Switch Handheld)
- Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Turn on the headset by holding the Play/Pause button.
- Long-press the "M" button for 3 seconds to switch to Bluetooth mode. The headset will enter pairing mode.
- On your device (mobile phone, tablet, Nintendo Switch), go to Bluetooth settings and select "G900" (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
- Once paired, the headset will indicate a successful connection.

3.5mm Wired Connection (for Xbox, PS4/PS5 Controller, PC/Laptop)
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm jack.
- Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm port on your Xbox controller, PS4/PS5 controller, PC, or laptop.
- Note: When using a wired connection, only audio output is supported. The volume button on the headset will not function, and the microphone will not work. The LED lights on the earcups will also be off.

Maintenance & Care

- When charging, ensure the headset is turned off. The 2.4G function is not available during charging, and only 3.5mm wired connection is supported.
Troubleshooting
No Sound / Disconnection Issues
- Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Verify the correct connection mode (2.4GHz or Bluetooth) is selected by long-pressing the "M" button.
- For 2.4GHz connection, ensure the USB transmitter is securely plugged into the device and the device's audio output is set to the headset.
- For Bluetooth connection, ensure the headset is paired and connected in your device's Bluetooth settings. Try unpairing and re-pairing if issues persist.
- If using a 3.5mm wired connection, confirm the cable is fully inserted into both the headset and the device. Remember that the headset's volume controls and microphone do not function in wired mode.
Microphone Not Working
- Ensure the microphone is securely attached to the headset.
- Press the Microphone button (M) once to toggle the microphone on.
- Check your device's audio input settings to ensure the headset microphone is selected.
- The microphone does not work when the headset is connected via the 3.5mm wired cable.
Headset Automatically Shuts Down
- The headset will automatically shut down when charging. This is normal operation.
