The watch provides professional values such as Training Stress Score (TSS), Chronic Training Load (CTL), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), VO2 MAX, and Training Stress Balance (TSB) to help analyze workouts and optimize performance. The Suunto App's AI Coach provides insights based on your data.
