Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Filling the Tank:
    • Ensure the drain valve is closed.
    • Fill the stainless steel tank with the appropriate cleaning solution. For general cleaning, dilute the CREWORKS Heavy Duty Cleaner & Degreaser concentrate with water according to the instructions on the solution bottle (typically 1:10 to 1:20 dilution).
    • Do not overfill; ensure the liquid level is below the MAX line and covers the items to be cleaned.
  5. Loading Items: Place items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Avoid overcrowding. Ensure items do not touch the bottom of the tank directly.

Operating Instructions

Using the Ultrasonic Cleaner

  1. Power On: Plug in the unit. The display will illuminate.
  2. Set Temperature (Optional): Press the "TEMP" button to adjust the desired heating temperature (20-80°C / 68-176°F). The unit will begin heating.
  3. Set Cleaning Time: Press the "TIME" button to set the desired cleaning duration (1-30 minutes).
  4. Start Cleaning: Press the "ON/OFF" button to start the ultrasonic cleaning process. The timer will count down.
  5. Stop Cleaning: The unit will automatically stop when the timer reaches zero. You can also press "ON/OFF" again to stop manually.
  6. Drain and Rinse: Once cleaning is complete, unplug the unit. Open the drain valve to empty the used solution. Rinse the cleaned items thoroughly with clean water.
  7. Drying: Dry the cleaned items completely before storage or use.
