Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean the components as described in the "Care and Maintenance" section.

1. Place the blender base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Ensure the blender is unplugged from the power outlet.
3. Carefully place the glass jug onto the blender base. Ensure it is securely seated and locked into position.
4. Place the lid onto the glass jug and press down firmly to ensure a tight seal. The removable filler cap should also be in place.
5. The blender is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions

The Haden Power Blender offers 5 speed settings, a Pulse function, and an Ice Crush function for versatile blending needs.

General Blending:

1. Ensure the blender is unplugged and the jug is securely placed on the base with the lid on.
2. Add ingredients to the glass jug. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (1.75 Liters). For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
3. Plug the blender into a suitable power outlet.
4. Turn the rotary knob to select your desired speed setting from 1 to 5. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.
5. Blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
6. Once blending is complete, turn the rotary knob to the "OFF" position.
7. Unplug the blender before removing the jug or pouring.

Using the Pulse Function:

The Pulse function provides short bursts of power at maximum speed, ideal for chopping, mixing, or controlling consistency.

• With ingredients in the jug and the lid secured, ensure the rotary knob is in the "OFF" position.
• Press and hold the "PULSE" button. The blender will operate as long as the button is held down.
• Release the button to stop blending. Repeat as necessary to achieve the desired texture.

Using the Ice Crush Function:

The Ice Crush function is specifically designed for crushing ice cubes efficiently.

• Add ice cubes to the glass jug. Do not overfill.
• Ensure the lid is securely in place and the rotary knob is in the "OFF" position.
• Press and hold the "ICE CRUSH" button. The blender will operate in short, powerful bursts optimized for ice.
• Release the button to stop. Repeat until ice is crushed to desired consistency.

Note: Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 60 seconds. Allow the motor to rest for at least 1 minute between cycles to prevent overheating.

Care and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Haden Power Blender.

Cleaning:

1. Always unplug the blender from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Glass Jug and Lid: These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Be cautious when handling the blade assembly as blades are sharp.
3. Blender Base: Wipe the blender base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.
4. For quick cleaning after blending non-oily liquids, add a small amount of warm water and a drop of dish soap to the jug, secure the lid, and run the blender on a low speed for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly.

Storage:

Store the blender in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. You can store the jug assembled on the base or separately.
