4. Setup Instructions

4.1. Wireless Connection (2.4GHz USB Dongle)

1. Insert the 2.4GHz USB Dongle into an available USB port on your PC, Laptop, Mac, Desktop, PS5, PS4, or Nintendo Switch.
2. Power on your COLUSI X07 headset. The headset will automatically pair with the dongle.
3. Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output and input device in your system's sound settings.

4.2. Wired Connection (3.5mm Jack)

The headset supports a 3.5mm wired connection for mobile devices and Xbox gaming controllers. Please note that the 3.5mm audio cable is not included in the package and must be prepared by yourself.

1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the headset's 3.5mm jack.
2. Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio port on your mobile device or Xbox controller.
3. When in wired mode, the microphone is active, but the RGB light will be off. To turn off the microphone in wired mode, you must adjust the 'Turn off microphone' setting on the connected device's system.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

Locate the power button on the headset. Press and hold to power on or off the device.

5.2. Volume Control

• Microphone Not Working (Wired Mode):
  • In wired mode, the microphone is on by default. To turn it off, you must adjust the 'Turn off microphone' setting within the system settings of your connected device (e.g., PC, console).
  • Ensure the 3.5mm cable is fully inserted into both the headset and the device.
• Poor Audio Quality:
  • Ensure the headset is within the wireless range (up to 30 ft) of the USB dongle.
  • Check for interference from other 2.4GHz devices.
  • Adjust volume levels on both the headset and the connected device.
• Headset Not Charging:
