Setting Refresh Rate

Windows
- Right-click on the Desktop and select Display Settings.
- Click on Advanced Display Settings.
- Click on Display Adapter Properties.

macOS
- Choose Apple menu.
- Choose 'System Settings' (Or System Preferences).
- Click Displays.
- If your MacBook or monitor supports multiple refresh rates, you'll see a 'Refresh rate' dropdown menu.
iPhone 15 Pro/Max
- Open iOS Settings and tap Accessibility.
- Tap on Motion.
- Enable Limit Frame Rate to fix the refresh rate at 60Hz or disable it to leave ProMotion working as normal.
Android
- Launch the Settings app and select Display.
- Tap Motion smoothness.
- Choose your desired option, and then tap Apply.
