2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Deployment
Follow these steps for proper setup and deployment of the arrow board trailer.
4.1 Trailer Positioning
- Transport the trailer to the desired location. The trailer features a 2-inch standard ball hitch with DOT tail lights and connection wire.
- Once positioned, engage the parking brake if available and place wheel chocks on both sides of the tires to prevent movement.

4.2 Stabilizing the Trailer
- Utilize the four swivel jacks (2000 lbs capacity each) located at the corners of the trailer. Extend them until the trailer is stable and level.
- Ensure the trailer is firmly supported to prevent tipping, especially in windy conditions.
4.3 Deploying the Arrow Board
- The arrow board is raised and lowered using the integrated 1200lb winch system.
- Carefully operate the winch to raise the display panel to its deployed position. The display height in travel position is 90 inches, and in deployed position, it is 122 inches high.
- Ensure the board is securely locked in the upright position before operation.

5. Operating Instructions
The Voltex Arrow Board Trailer is operated via a wireless remote control unit.
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Ensure the main power switch on the trailer is in the "ON" position.
- The system is powered by two 12V/50AH sealed, maintenance-free batteries, concealed within the sign.
- The display features an automatic photosensor for daylight and night dimming, adjusting brightness as needed.
5.2 Using the Wireless Remote Control
The remote control allows selection of various display patterns.

- Turn on the remote control. It will attempt to establish a wireless connection with the arrow board.
- Select the desired arrow pattern from the available options on the remote control. The display supports up to 12 patterns.
- The system has a previous memory function, recognizing the last set pattern even after powering off.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your Voltex Arrow Board Trailer.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the LED display panel and solar panels with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Charging: Although the batteries are maintenance-free and charged by the 18V/60W top-mounted solar panels, use the included battery charger for supplemental charging if the trailer is stored for extended periods or experiences low sunlight.
- Structural Inspection: Regularly inspect the trailer frame, hitch, jacks, and winch system for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Tighten any loose bolts.
- Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure regularly to ensure proper inflation for safe towing. The tire size is 165/70R13.
- LED Inspection: Verify all 25 LEDs are functioning correctly. While the display is liquid-resistant, ensure no water ingress is visible.
