2. Safety Information
Your safety and the safety of your pet are paramount. Please read all safety instructions before operating the device.
- Do not allow children to play with or operate the litter box.
- Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is properly connected to a grounded outlet.
- Keep the area around the litter box clear of obstructions.
- Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
- This device is designed for indoor use only.
- The litter box is equipped with an 8-point security system, including 13 high-precision sensors and an anti-pinch motor, to ensure cat safety. An ultra-sensitive gravity sensing function detects cat movements 360°, immediately stopping operation if a cat approaches during a cycle.

4. Setup
Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Place the Unit: Position the litter box on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper operation and cleaning.
- Install Waste Bag: Open the waste collection bin drawer and line it with one of the provided waste bags. Ensure the bag is securely fitted.
- Add Cat Litter: Pour suitable cat litter into the main globe. The LaresarPets litter box is compatible with various types of cat litter, including bentonite, mineral, and mixed litters. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated inside the globe.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the litter box and then into a wall outlet.
- Initial Calibration: The unit will perform an initial calibration cycle upon power-on. Allow it to complete before use.
- Connect to App (Optional): Download the LaresarPets APP from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your litter box to your 2.4G Wi-Fi network for advanced features and tracking.

5. Operating Instructions
The LaresarPets Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box offers both automatic and manual operation modes, along with smart app control.
5.1 Automatic Cleaning
The litter box automatically detects when your cat has used it and initiates a cleaning cycle after a set delay. This eliminates the need for daily manual scooping.
5.2 One-Button Sand Changing
For complete litter changes, the unit features a convenient one-button sand changing function, making the process quick and mess-free.
5.3 Odor Removal System
The litter box incorporates a double odor removal system, utilizing both odor removers and UV light to neutralize unpleasant smells, ensuring a fresh environment.

5.4 App Control and Cat Activity Tracking
The LaresarPets APP provides comprehensive control and monitoring capabilities:
- Remote Control: Manually initiate cleaning cycles, adjust settings, and manage the device from your smartphone.
- Cat Activity Tracking: The app records your cat's toileting data, including frequency and weight changes. This feature helps in monitoring your cat's health and can alert you to potential issues.
- Notifications: Receive alerts for full waste bins, low litter levels, or abnormal activity.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your LaresarPets litter box.
6.1 Emptying the Waste Bin
The large 70L+9L poop collection bin allows for up to 15 days of hands-free operation for a single-cat household. When the bin is full, the app will notify you. Simply pull out the drawer, tie the waste bag, and dispose of it. Replace with a new waste bag.
6.2 Adding/Changing Litter
Monitor litter levels and add fresh litter as needed. For a complete litter change, use the one-button sand changing function to empty the old litter into the waste bin, then refill with new litter.
6.3 Cleaning the Unit
The litter box features a unique detachable design for effortless cleaning. It can be easily disassembled without tools, allowing access to all parts for thorough cleaning. Use a mild detergent and water to wipe down surfaces. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling and powering on the unit.
