Welding Process Overview

Gas MIG Welding

For Gas MIG, fit and tighten the torch on the Euro output connection, and plug the polarity adapter on the front panel into the positive terminal.

Gasless MIG Welding

For Gasless MIG, fit and tighten the torch on the Euro output connection, and plug the polarity adapter on the front panel into the negative terminal.

Spool Gun Welding

For Spool Gun, fit and tighten the torch on the Euro output connection, plug the spool gun control cable into the aviation socket (7-pin), and plug the polarity adapter on the front panel into the positive terminal.

TIG Welding

1. Plug the work return lead into the positive output terminal and tighten firmly. 2. Connect work return clamp to the work piece. 3. Connect gas regulator of the TIG torch to gas cylinder. 4. Connect the electric connector of the TIG torch to negative terminal of the front panel, and fasten it clockwise. 5. Connect with power supply.

Stick Welding (MMA)
