1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

  • Always connect the pump to a 12V DC power source (car or boat accessory outlet). Do not attempt to connect to other power sources.

4. Setup

  1. Connect the Flexible Hose: Attach one end of the flexible hose to the pump's inflation port by twisting it clockwise until secure. Ensure the washer is properly seated to prevent air leaks.

  2. Connect to Inflatable: Attach the other end of the flexible hose to the valve of your inflatable paddle board, SUP, or kayak. Use the appropriate adapter if necessary. Twist to secure the connection.

  3. Connect to Power: Insert the 12V DC power connector into your vehicle's or boat's 12V accessory outlet (cigarette lighter socket).

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Once connected to power, press the power button () on the pump's control panel to turn it on. The LCD display will illuminate.

  2. Select Unit: Press the PSI/BAR button to toggle between Pounds per Square Inch (PSI) and Bar pressure units, depending on your preference or inflatable's specification.

  3. Set Desired Pressure: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the target inflation pressure. The pressure can be set in increments of 0.5 PSI. Refer to your inflatable's manual for the correct pressure.

  4. Start Inflation: Once the desired pressure is set, press the power button () again to start the inflation process. The pump will begin to inflate your product, and the current pressure will be displayed on the LCD screen.

  5. Automatic Shut-Off: The pump will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached, preventing over-inflation and ensuring the safety of your inflatable.

  6. Disconnect: After inflation is complete and the pump has shut off, disconnect the hose from the inflatable valve and then unplug the 12V power connector from the outlet.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the pump's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the pump is completely dry before storage.
  • Storage: Store the pump and its accessories in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the hose coiled neatly to prevent kinks or damage.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord, hose, and connectors for any signs of wear or damage. Do not use the pump if any components are damaged.
