3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the "Maintenance and Cleaning" section.

3.1 Assembling the Immersion Blender

1. Align the motor unit with the immersion blender shaft.
2. Twist the motor unit clockwise until it locks securely into place.
3. To disassemble, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

3.2 Assembling the Whisk Attachment

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
2. Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit.
3. Twist the motor unit clockwise until it locks securely into place.
4. To disassemble, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

3.3 Assembling the Chopper Attachment

1. Carefully place the chopping blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add ingredients to the chopper bowl.
3. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
4. Align the motor unit with the chopper lid.
5. Twist the motor unit clockwise until it locks securely into place.
6. To disassemble, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

4. Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

4.1 Using the Immersion Blender

1. Assemble the immersion blender shaft to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients in a deep pot or the 700 ml measuring cup. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line.
3. Plug in the appliance.
4. Press and hold the desired speed button (Speed 1 or Speed 2) to start blending. The appliance has 2 speeds.
5. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
6. Release the button to stop.
7. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending shaft.

Tip: For best results, do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to cool down between uses.

1. Assemble the whisk attachment to the motor unit.

5. Press and hold the desired speed button to start whisking.
6. Move the whisk gently to incorporate air.
7. Release the button to stop.

1. Assemble the chopper attachment with the blade and ingredients.
2. Ensure the motor unit is securely locked onto the chopper lid.
3. Plug in the appliance.
4. Press and hold the desired speed button to start chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold longer for finer results.
5. Release the button to stop.
6. Unplug the appliance before disassembling the chopper.
7. Carefully remove the chopping blade before emptying the bowl.
