4. Setup and Assembly
4.1. Battery Installation and Charging
Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Insert the charged 20V 4.0Ah battery pack into the tool until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release button and pull the battery out.
4.2. Blade Installation
- Ensure the tool is switched off and the battery is removed.
- Press the spindle lock button to prevent the blade from rotating.
- Use the provided hexagonal wrench to loosen the blade retaining screw.
- Carefully remove the old blade and install the new 140mm blade, ensuring the teeth are pointing in the correct direction of rotation.
- Tighten the blade retaining screw firmly with the hexagonal wrench while holding the spindle lock.

4.3. Adjusting Cutting Depth
The cutting depth can be adjusted to suit the thickness of the material. Loosen the depth adjustment lever, set the desired depth, and then secure the lever. The maximum cutting depth is 50 mm at 90 degrees.

4.4. Adjusting Bevel Angle
For angled cuts, loosen the bevel adjustment knob, tilt the saw base to the desired angle (0-45 degrees), and then tighten the knob. The maximum cutting depth at 45 degrees is 33 mm.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Starting and Stopping
To start the saw, press the safety lock button and then squeeze the switch trigger. To stop, release the switch trigger. The safety lock prevents accidental startup.
5.2. Making a Cut
- Secure the workpiece firmly to prevent movement during cutting.
- Align the saw blade with your cutting line.
- Start the saw before the blade contacts the workpiece.
- Maintain a firm grip on the saw and guide it smoothly through the material. Do not force the saw.
- Allow the blade to stop completely before setting the tool down.
