3. Operating Instructions
Reading the Time:
The watch features a clear analog display designed for easy readability by children. The large orange Arabic numerals mark the hours, while smaller minute markers are present around the dial. The watch has three distinct hands:
- Hour Hand: The shorter, broader hand indicates the hour.
- Minute Hand: The longer, thinner hand indicates the minutes.
- Second Hand: The very thin, sweeping hand indicates the seconds.

Water Resistance:
This watch is water resistant to 100 feet (30 meters). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. It is not recommended for swimming, showering, or diving, as prolonged exposure to water or high-pressure water jets can compromise the seals.
Important: Do not operate the crown while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can allow water to enter the watch case.
4. Care and Maintenance
Cleaning Your Watch:
To keep your Armitron Sport watch looking its best, follow these cleaning guidelines:
- Case and Crystal: Wipe the watch case and mineral crystal lens with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
- Silicone Strap: The silicone strap can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before wearing.

General Care:
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes.
- Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields, as these can affect the accuracy of the quartz movement.
- Do not expose the watch to harsh chemicals, solvents, or detergents, as these can damage the case, strap, or seals.
- If the watch is exposed to saltwater, rinse it with fresh water immediately and dry thoroughly.
