Step 2: Attach the Jumping Mat and Springs

Lay the jumping mat (Nylon) evenly across the assembled frame. Using the spring tool, attach the 98 springs to the frame and the mat's D-rings. Follow a symmetrical pattern (e.g., opposite sides) to ensure even tension. The springs are 8.3" extension springs.

Step 3: Install the Spring Cover Pad

Place the foam pad spring cover over the springs and frame. Secure it using the attached straps or ties to prevent access to the springs during use.

Step 4: Assemble and Install the Enclosure Net and Poles

Assemble the curved poles, ensuring the foam padding is correctly positioned. Attach the poles to the trampoline frame. Then, secure the safety enclosure net to the top of the poles and the perimeter of the jumping mat. The unique curved poles are designed to provide extra space and prevent injury.

Operating Instructions

General Use

  • Always enter and exit the trampoline using the ladder.
  • Ensure the enclosure net zipper is fully closed before jumping.
  • Jump in the center of the mat for the best bounce and control.
  • Avoid jumping too high or attempting stunts that could lead to loss of control.

Using Accessories

  • Target Cloth: Attach the target cloth to the enclosure net as shown in the assembly instructions. Use the included soccer ball for target practice.
  • Sprinkler: Connect the sprinkler to a standard garden hose and attach it to the trampoline frame or net as desired. Ensure water does not accumulate on the jumping mat.
  • Solar Lights: Position the solar panel in direct sunlight. The lights can be attached to the trampoline frame or net for evening use.
  • Storage Bag: Use the storage bag to keep small items, shoes, or accessories organized and off the ground.

Maintenance

  • Regular Inspection: Before each use, check all nuts, bolts, and connections for tightness. Inspect the frame for any signs of damage or rust.
  • Springs: Ensure all springs are securely attached and not stretched or broken. Replace any damaged springs immediately.
  • Jumping Mat: Check the jumping mat for tears, holes, or excessive wear.
  • Enclosure Net: Inspect the net for tears, holes, or loose attachments. Ensure the zipper is fully functional.
  • Padding: Verify that the spring cover pad is securely in place and provides adequate coverage over the springs and frame.
  • Cleaning: Clean the jumping mat and frame with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Weather Protection: While the galvanized frame and powder-coated legs offer rust protection, consider using a weather cover during prolonged periods of non-use or harsh weather conditions to extend the product's lifespan.
