This electric standing desk is designed to promote a healthy work posture by allowing seamless transitions between sitting and standing positions, reducing the effects of prolonged sitting.

2. Safety Instructions

  • Ensure all components are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
  • Keep children and pets away from the desk during operation to prevent injury.
  • Do not place hands or other body parts near moving parts of the desk frame during height adjustment.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged. Use only the provided power adapter.
  • Do not overload the desk. Refer to the specifications for maximum weight capacity.
  • Avoid placing liquids directly on the control panel or near electrical components.
  • If the desk malfunctions or makes unusual noises, disconnect power immediately and contact support.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes with the provided tools. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly, especially when handling the desktop panels.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
  2. Assemble the Frame: Attach the crossbar to the desk legs using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Attach Desktop Panels: Place the desktop panels onto the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes and secure the panels to the frame using the designated screws. The desktop consists of four 15mm panels.
  4. Install Control Box and Panel: Mount the control box and control panel to the underside of the desktop as indicated in the diagram. Connect the motor cables from the legs to the control box, and then connect the control panel to the control box.
  5. Install Cable Management and Accessories: Attach the cable management tray and headphone hook to the underside of the desk.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the control box and then into a wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Height Adjustment

Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons on the control panel to adjust the desk height. The current height will be displayed on the digital screen.

5.2. Memory Presets

The desk features three memory presets (1, 2, 3) to save your preferred sitting and standing heights.

  • To Save a Height: Adjust the desk to your desired height. Press the "S" button, then press one of the number buttons (1, 2, or 3) within 3 seconds. The display will show "S-" followed by the number, indicating the height is saved.
  • To Recall a Height: Press the corresponding number button (1, 2, or 3). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

5.3. Type-C Charging Port

A Type-C charging port is integrated into the control panel. Use it to conveniently charge compatible devices such as smartphones or tablets.

5.4. Anti-Collision System

The desk is equipped with a sensitive anti-collision system. If the desk encounters an obstacle during height adjustment, it will automatically stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage or injury. The sensitivity of this system may be adjustable (refer to troubleshooting for details).

6. Maintenance

  3. Release the button. The desk is now reset.
