Introduction

The Voice-tank GY-L7 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand is designed to provide fast and secure wireless charging for compatible iPhone models (12-17 series) and AirPods. Featuring strong magnetic alignment and a sleep-friendly light, this charging stand offers convenience and efficiency for your devices. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new charger stand.

Setup Instructions

1. Connect the USB-C Cable: Insert one end of the provided USB C-C charging cable into the USB-C port on the back of the Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand.
2. Connect to Power: Plug the other end of the USB C-C cable into a compatible power adapter (not included). For optimal 15W fast charging, use a power adapter that supports Power Delivery (PD) or Quick Charge (QC) 3.0.
3. Placement: Place the charger stand on a stable, flat surface. The LED indicator light on the base will illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.
4. Device Placement: Align your compatible iPhone or AirPods case with the magnetic charging surface. The strong magnet will automatically secure your device in place and initiate charging.

Note: For the strongest magnetic connection and efficient charging, it is highly recommended to use a Mag-Safe compatible case or charge your device without a case. Incompatible regular iPhone cases may weaken the magnetic connection and charging efficiency.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Device

• Once the charger is powered on, simply place your compatible iPhone (12-17 series) or AirPods (3/Pro/Pro 2) on the magnetic charging pad. The device will automatically align and begin charging.
• The charger supports both vertical and horizontal placement, allowing you to view content or make video calls while charging.

LED Indicator Light

• The charger features a sleep-friendly LED indicator light on its base. This light indicates the charging status.
• To turn the LED light on or off, gently touch the designated light icon on the base of the charger. This allows for an undisturbed sleeping environment.

Maintenance

• Keep the charging stand clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the product's finish.
• Ensure the charging surfaces are clear of any foreign objects before placing your device to charge.

Troubleshooting

• Device not charging or indicator light flashing:
  • Check for foreign objects (e.g., metal, keys) between the device and the charging surface. Remove any obstructions.
  • Ensure your phone case is Mag-Safe compatible or remove the case if it is thicker than 2mm or not magnetic.
  • Verify that the USB C-C cable is securely connected to both the charger stand and the power adapter.
  • Confirm the power adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient power (e.g., a PD or QC 3.0 adapter for 15W charging).
• Overheating during charging:
  • The wireless charger has a built-in temperature control function. If the temperature reaches approximately 43 degrees Celsius (109.4 Fahrenheit), it will automatically stop charging to prevent damage. Charging will resume once the temperature returns to a safe level.
  • Ensure the charger is placed in a well-ventilated area and not covered.
• Weak magnetic connection:
  • Ensure your device or case is Mag-Safe compatible. Non-magnetic or thick cases can interfere with the magnetic hold.
