Product Overview

Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before initial use, fully charge the included Lithium Ion battery. Connect the camera to a USB power source using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Inserting the Battery and Memory Card

Open the battery/card compartment cover. Insert the charged battery according to the polarity indicators. Insert a compatible SD card into the memory card slot until it clicks into place. Close the compartment cover securely to maintain waterproof integrity.

3. Attaching the Protector Jacket and Carabiner Strap

For enhanced protection against scratches and impacts, attach the O-CC180 Protector Jacket to the camera body. The O-ST180 Carabiner Strap can be attached to the designated loops on the camera for convenient carrying or securing to outdoor gear.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

• Power On/Off: Press the power button located on the top of the camera.
• Shutter Button: Press halfway to focus, press fully to capture an image.
• Zoom Control: Use the zoom lever (W/T) to adjust the optical zoom (4x optical zoom lens with 27mm wide-angle coverage).
• Mode Dial/Button: Select from seven distinctive capture modes, including Auto mode, Manual mode, Underwater mode, and Scene mode.
