Setup Guide

1. Charging the Smart Ring

1. Connect the provided charging cable to the Smart Ring.
2. Plug the other end of the charging cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. Allow approximately 60 minutes for a full charge. The ring's indicator (if present) or the companion app will show charging status.
4. A fully charged ring provides approximately 7 days of battery life.

2. Installing the Companion App

1. Search for the "Health(life)" app in your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Download and install the app on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and set up your personal profile.

3. Pairing the Smart Ring with the App

1. Ensure your Smart Ring is charged and your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Open the "Health(life)" app.
3. Navigate to the device pairing section within the app (usually found in settings or a dedicated "Add Device" menu).
4. Select your Yoidesu Smart Ring from the list of available devices.

Wearing the Smart Ring

Health Data Monitoring

Maintenance

Cleaning the Smart Ring
