5. Setup and Installation

The SUNTHIN RGBW Landscape Spotlights are designed for easy, plug-and-play installation. No electrician is needed.

5.1 Installation Options

• Ground Insertion: Attach the stake to the spotlight and firmly insert it into soft ground in your desired location.
• Wall Mounting: Use appropriate screws (not included) to mount the spotlight bracket onto a wall or other flat surface.

5.2 Connecting the Lights

Connect the spotlights to the power supply using the waterproof twist connectors. Ensure all connections are secure to maintain water resistance. The system is designed to be connectable and extendable, allowing you to link multiple fixtures or use extension cords (sold separately) for broader coverage.

Your SUNTHIN landscape lights are controlled by the included remote control, offering various customization options.

6.1 Remote Control Functions

• Power Button: Turns the lights On/Off.
• MODE +/-: Cycles through various dynamic lighting modes.
• DIM +/-: Adjusts the brightness levels (1% to 100%). Long press for smooth ramp up/down.
• AUTO: Activates automatic color cycling mode.
• 2H/4H/8H: Sets the timer for the lights to turn off after 2, 4, or 8 hours.
• WW (Warm White): Activates warm white light mode.
• RGB: Activates RGB color changing mode.

6.2 Pairing and Unpairing the Remote

To ensure proper functionality, the remote control needs to be paired with your spotlights. This process also allows for unpairing if needed.

1. Pairing: Within 20 seconds after powering on the lights, press and hold the remote control's power button for 3-5 seconds. Three yellow flashes from the lights indicate successful pairing.
2. Unpairing: Within 20 seconds after powering on the lights, press and hold the remote control's power button for 3-5 seconds. Five yellow flashes from the lights indicate successful unpairing.

Note: Pairing and unpairing must be performed alternately. Do not execute them consecutively. Ensure complete power-off for 3-5 seconds before each operation.

6.3 Memory Function

The spotlights remember your last brightness, timer, and mode settings. There is no need to reset them every time you power on.
