Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your grill. Always unplug the grill and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Removing Grill Plates: The ceramic grill plates are removable for easy cleaning. Locate the release buttons or levers (usually on the side or front of the plates) and gently detach them from the grill base.
  2. Cleaning Grill Plates: Wash the grill plates with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. For stubborn food residue, soak the plates in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning. The ceramic plates are designed for easy release of food. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
  3. Cleaning Drip Tray: Remove the drip tray and empty any collected grease. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.
  4. Cleaning Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the grill with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
