Important Safety Instructions

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the grill and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down the exterior of the grill with a damp cloth. Remove the ceramic grill plates and the drip tray (refer to Maintenance section for removal instructions) and wash them with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Placement: Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant, and flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
- Drip Tray Installation: Ensure the drip tray is correctly inserted into its designated slot at the front of the grill.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
Operating Instructions
Preheating the Grill
- Close the grill lid.
- Press the power button to turn on the grill.
- Use the temperature control buttons on the digital display to set the desired temperature for each grill plate. The maximum temperature is approximately 230 °C (446 °F).
- Allow the grill to preheat until the indicator light or display shows it has reached the set temperature. This typically takes several minutes.

Grilling Food
- Once preheated, carefully open the grill.
- Place your food on the lower grill plate. Do not overload the grill.
- Gently close the lid, allowing the top plate to rest on the food. The floating hinge adjusts to the thickness of your food.
- Monitor cooking progress. Cooking times will vary based on food type, thickness, and desired doneness.
- For larger grilling surfaces, the grill can be fully opened to create a double grilling area.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Troubleshooting
