Setup Instructions

Operating Instructions
Beverage Warming Function
- Place Mug: Place the included ceramic mug onto the center of the thermos cup pad. The smart sensors will automatically detect the mug and activate the warming function.
- Temperature Maintenance: The warmer will heat your beverage to approximately 131°F (55°C) and maintain this temperature for up to 4 hours.
- Automatic Shut-off: The warming function will automatically turn off after 4 hours or when the mug is removed from the pad.
- Important Note: For optimal performance, always use the provided ceramic mug, as its base is specifically designed for the warming element.

Wireless Charging Function
The thermos cup pad also functions as a 15W wireless charger for compatible devices.
- Place Device: Place your smartphone or Bluetooth headset onto the designated wireless charging area of the pad.
- Charging Indication: Your device should indicate that it is charging. The pad delivers up to 15W of power.
- Simultaneous Use: You can use the wireless charging function simultaneously with the beverage warming function.

Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning the Warming Pad: The warming pad features a spill-resistant design. To clean, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the warming pad in water or other liquids.
- Cleaning the Ceramic Mug: Wash the ceramic mug by hand. Do not wash the ceramic cup in a dishwasher, as the base contains specialized heat-sensitive components that may be damaged by high-temperature cleaning.
- Storage: When not in use, store the set in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
- Mug not warming:
- Ensure the warming pad is properly connected to a power source.
- Verify that the ceramic mug is placed correctly and centrally on the warming pad. The mug's base must make full contact with the pad's heating element.
- Confirm you are using the included ceramic mug, as other mugs may not be compatible with the smart auto-on/off feature.
- Device not wirelessly charging:
- Ensure your device is compatible with 15W wireless charging.
- Remove any thick cases from your device that might interfere with wireless charging.
- Place the device centrally on the wireless charging area of the pad.
- Overheating: The unit has an automatic sleep mode that activates after 4 hours to prevent overheating. If you experience unusual heat, disconnect the power immediately.
