Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in fire, explosion, property damage, personal injury, or death.

  • Always operate the stove in a well-ventilated area. Do not use indoors without proper ventilation.
  • Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free before ignition. Use soapy water to check for gas leaks.

  • This product does not have a threaded air connection. Use an unthreaded hose (not included) and attach directly with a hose clamp.

Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all accessories for use are present as listed in the package contents.
  2. Assemble the Stand: Attach the support legs to the main stove unit. Ensure all connections are secure and stable.
  3. Install Placement Boards: Slide the two placement boards into their designated slots on the side of the stand.
  4. Connect Gas Supply: Connect your natural gas (LNG) or LPG hose to the stove's pipe interface. As this product does not have a threaded air connection, use an unthreaded hose (not included) and secure it firmly with a hose clamp.
  5. Leak Test: Before first use, perform a leak test on all gas connections using soapy water. Apply a soapy solution to connections; bubbles indicate a leak. Tighten connections or replace seals if leaks are detected.
  6. Positioning: Place the assembled stove on a flat, stable, and non-combustible surface in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.

Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare for Ignition: Ensure the gas supply is connected and turned on. Place your cookware on the burner grates.
  2. Ignite a Burner: Push down and rotate the desired burner's control knob counter-clockwise to the "ON" position. Simultaneously, use a long-stem lighter or match to ignite the gas at the burner head.
  3. Adjust Flame: Once ignited, continue to rotate the control knob to adjust the flame size to your desired cooking intensity. Each burner has independent control.
  4. Multiple Burners: You can operate multiple burners simultaneously. Repeat the ignition process for each additional burner.
  5. Turn Off: To turn off a burner, rotate its control knob clockwise to the "OFF" position. Ensure the flame is extinguished.
  6. After Use: After cooking, turn off all burners and close the main gas supply valve. Allow the stove to cool completely before handling or moving.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, allow the stove to cool. Wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Burner Maintenance: Periodically check burner ports for blockages. Clean with a soft brush if necessary. Ensure burner caps are properly seated after cleaning.
  • Storage: Store the stove in a dry, protected area when not in use. Ensure the wind-blocking cover is closed to protect burners from dust.
  • Gas Hose Inspection: Regularly inspect the gas hose for cracks, cuts, or wear. Replace immediately if any damage is found.
