Setup Instructions

1. Initial Power Connection

1. Plug the timer unit into a standard 125V grounded outdoor electrical outlet.
2. Ensure the timer is mounted with the outlets facing downwards to protect against moisture.
3. The LCD screen will illuminate, and the unit will be ready for programming.

2. Remote Control Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Open the compartment and insert two (2) AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment securely.

3. Setting Current Time (Optional for some modes)

While many functions operate based on countdown or dusk/dawn, for precise 24-hour scheduling, you may need to set the current time on the timer unit.

1. Press and hold the 'HOUR' button until the hour display flashes. Use the 'HOUR' and 'MIN' buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust the current hour.
2. Press the 'MIN' button to switch to minute adjustment. Use the 'HOUR' and 'MIN' buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust the current minute.
3. Press any other button or wait a few seconds for the setting to save automatically.

• Power Button: Turns the plug outlet ON or OFF manually.
• Light Sensor: Automatically detects ambient light levels for Dusk to Dawn mode.
• Indicators: LEDs for Input Power/Working Status/Dusk to Dawn and Repeat ON/OFF.
• LCD Screen: Displays timer, light sensor status (CDS ON/OFF), and repeat function status.
• HOUR/MIN Buttons (Up/Down Arrows): Adjust hours and minutes for countdown settings. Press to increase/decrease.
• DUSK/DAWN (CDS) Button: Enables the light sensor for automatic control (ON at dusk, OFF at dawn). Press again to disable CDS for manual control.
• 24H Button: Enables daily countdown repetition (24 hours only once a day). Press once again to disable daily countdown repetition.

Remote Control Functions

The remote control allows convenient operation from a distance of up to 100 feet.

• ON Button: Turns the timer outlet ON.
• OFF Button: Turns the timer outlet OFF.
• 2H/4H/6H/8H Buttons: Press to set a countdown time. The timer will turn ON and then turn OFF after the selected duration (2, 4, 6, or 8 hours).
• ON DUSK/DAWN Button: Activates the light sensor. The timer will turn ON at dusk and remain ON until dawn.
• OFF DUSK/DAWN Button: Disables the light sensor for manual control.
• HOUR/MIN Buttons (Up/Down Arrows): Adjust custom countdown settings from 1 minute to 24 hours.

Maintenance
