Operating Instructions

Wearing the Headphones

Place the headphones with the transducers resting on your cheekbones, just in front of your ears. The band should wrap around the back of your head. Adjust for a comfortable and secure fit.

Controls

The Swym+ headphones feature intuitive controls for media playback and mode switching:

  • Power Button: Power On/Off, Play/Pause (short press), Answer/End Call (short press).
  • Volume Up (+): Increase volume (short press), Next track (long press).
  • Volume Down (-): Decrease volume (short press), Previous track (long press).
  • Mode Button: Switch between Bluetooth mode and MP3 player mode (internal storage).

Using in Water (IP68 Waterproof)

The IP68 rating ensures your Swym+ headphones are fully protected against dust and can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. For swimming, it is recommended to use the internal 32GB MP3 player mode, as Bluetooth signals do not transmit effectively underwater.

  • Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before submerging.
  • Switch to MP3 mode for optimal performance during swimming.
  • After use in chlorinated or saltwater, rinse the headphones with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and performance of your OPN Sound Swym+ headphones:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the headphones with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Drying: After use in water, gently shake off excess water and allow the headphones to air dry completely before charging or storing.
  • Storage: Store the headphones in their protective case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Charging Port: Keep the charging port clean and dry. Ensure the port cover is sealed when not charging, especially before water exposure.
