The Frigga M2H is a multi-use temperature and humidity data logger designed for monitoring and recording environmental conditions. Setup
1. Initial Device Preparation
The Frigga M2H data logger comes with a pre-installed CR2450 battery. No initial charging or complex setup is required to begin basic logging.
2. Software Installation (Optional for Advanced Configuration)
While the device can generate PDF and CSV reports directly upon USB connection, the complimentary Frigga Data Software offers advanced configuration options such as setting logging intervals, temperature units, time zones, and alarm ranges. The software is compatible with Windows and Mac OS.
- Download the Frigga Data Software from the official Frigga website or the Apple App Store (for Mac OS).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

Operating Instructions
1. Starting Data Logging
To begin recording data, press and hold the START STATUS button for approximately 5 seconds until the blue LED blinks and the LCD screen displays "REC". Release the button within 40 seconds. The device will now be actively logging temperature and humidity data.

2. Stopping Data Logging
To stop recording data, press and hold the STOP button for approximately 5 seconds until the red LED blinks. Release the button within 40 seconds. The device will cease logging.

3. Exporting Data Reports
There are multiple ways to export data from your Frigga M2H data logger:
- Direct USB Export: Plug the data logger into any computer's USB port. The device will automatically generate PDF and CSV reports, which can be accessed directly without installing any software.
- Frigga Data Software Export: Connect the logger to a computer with the Frigga Data Software installed. The software allows for detailed charting, statistical analysis, and export of data to Excel and PDF formats.
- Frigga Cloud Platform: All current and historical reports can be uploaded to and exported from the Frigga Cloud Platform for remote access and management.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The Frigga M2H data logger uses a CR2450 battery. When the battery indicator on the LCD screen shows low power, it is recommended to replace the battery to ensure continuous and accurate logging. To replace the battery, carefully open the battery compartment, typically located on the back or side of the device, and insert a new CR2450 battery, observing the correct polarity.

Cleaning and Storage
Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Store the data logger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- Device Not Starting: Ensure the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Press and hold the START button firmly for the required duration.
- No Data Export via USB: Verify the USB connection is secure. Ensure the device has stopped logging before attempting to export. Try connecting to a different USB port or computer.
- Inaccurate Readings: Check for any physical damage to the sensor. Ensure the device is placed in an environment within its specified operating range.
- Software Issues: If experiencing problems with the Frigga Data Software, ensure it is the latest version. Refer to the software's help documentation or contact customer support.
