2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash the mixing bowl, whisk, dough hook, flat beater, splash guard, silicone spatula, and egg white separator in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main unit can be wiped with a damp cloth.
3. Position: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the 6 non-slip silicone pads on the bottom are making full contact with the counter to prevent movement during operation.
4. Attach Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
5. Install Attachment: Ensure the mixer is unplugged. Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head. Select the desired attachment (whisk, dough hook, or flat beater) and push it upwards onto the attachment shaft, then turn it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
6. Lower Head: Lower the motor head until it clicks and locks into position.
7. Attach Splash Guard: If desired, place the splash guard over the mixing bowl.

5. Operating Instructions

The Ecunafix Stand Mixer features a 660W motor and 6+P speed settings for various mixing tasks.

Speed Control and Attachments:

• Speed 1-3 (Dough Hook): For heavy mixtures like bread dough or rolls.
• Speed 1-4 (Flat Beater): For medium mixtures such as cookies, cakes, or crepes.
• Speed 5-6/P (Whisk): For light mixtures like cream, egg whites, or mousses. The 'P' setting provides a quick pulse of power.

General Operation:

1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and the bowl is locked.
2. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
3. Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet. The LED light will indicate power.
4. Turn the speed control knob to the desired setting. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase to avoid splashing.
5. For quick bursts of power, turn the knob to the 'P' (Pulse) setting and hold briefly.
6. When finished, turn the speed control knob to '0' (Off) and unplug the mixer.
7. Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head to remove the attachment and bowl.

Note: The mixer features a tilt-head power-off design, automatically stopping operation when the head is raised for safety. It also has overheating and overload protection.
