4.1. Understanding the Hall Sensor

The Hall sensor is a crucial component for accurate current measurement. It is a circular device through which the main battery wire passes. Hall effect battery monitors measure current in both directions, allowing for monitoring of high-capacity batteries or battery banks with high precision and electrical isolation from the measured circuit.

4.2. Wiring Diagram

5. Operating Instructions

The ECO-WORTHY Battery Monitor offers a user-friendly interface for comprehensive battery management.

5.1. Initial Parameter Settings

Before first use, configure the battery parameters on the display. This includes setting the battery capacity, maximum voltage, minimum voltage, and zero current calibration. Refer to the on-screen prompts and the resistance pen for navigation.

5.2. Real-Time Data Monitoring

The monitor displays State of Charge (SOC), estimated usable time, battery voltage, current, and wattage. The 3.5-inch touchable color display provides a clear view of all data.

5.3. Alarm System

The integrated alarm system provides real-time warnings for potential battery issues. You can preset alarm threshold values for high voltage, over current, low voltage, and low SOC. The system includes a flashing warning icon and an audible buzzer that can be turned on or off.

5.4. Screen Brightness and Power Control
