3. Setup

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the hearing aids and the charging case. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate charging status.
2. Power On & Pairing: Simply remove the hearing aids from the charging case. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
3. Automatic Mode Switch: After 3 seconds of being removed from the case, the devices will automatically switch to hearing aid mode.
4. Ear Tip Selection: Choose the silicone ear tip size (S, M, L) that provides the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears to ensure optimal sound quality and comfort.

4.1 Switching Modes

The NVBOTY Aid2 hearing aids feature a 2-in-1 design, allowing you to switch between hearing aid mode and Bluetooth mode.

• To switch between Hearing Aid Mode and Bluetooth Mode: Long press either the left or right earbud for 3 seconds.

In hearing aid mode, the devices amplify surrounding sounds to assist with hearing. The digital chip provides intelligent noise reduction and feedback prevention for clear audio.

• Volume Adjustment: Single-tap either the left or right earbud to adjust the volume. The volume cycles through 5 levels (20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%). A beeping sound indicates maximum volume.

In Bluetooth mode, you can connect the hearing aids to your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices to listen to music, videos, or make calls. Note: Hearing aid functions are unavailable in Bluetooth mode, and the volume will automatically adjust to maximum for media playback.
