2. Safety Information
Important: This global adapter does NOT convert voltage. Ensure your devices are compatible with the local voltage standard before use. For example, using a 110V-only device in a 220V country without a separate voltage converter may damage the device.
The adapter includes built-in 10A dual fuses and a temperature control mechanism to protect against over-current, over-voltage, over-heating, and short-circuits. Additional safety features include a child-friendly safety shutter, plug lock mechanism, and fire-resistant material for enhanced user safety.

4. Setup
To use the appropriate plug for your destination:
- Identify the required plug type (EU, UK, US, or AU).
- Locate the corresponding slider on the side of the adapter.
- Slide the switch to extend the desired plug. For the AU plug, twist the two prongs of the US plug outwards after extending.
- Ensure only one plug type is extended at a time.
- To retract a plug, slide the switch back to its original position.
5. Operating Instructions
The LENCENT 140W adapter allows simultaneous charging of up to 5 devices. The power distribution varies based on the number of ports in use:
- Single USB-C Port (C1 or C2) Use: Delivers up to 140W.
- Multiple USB Ports Use: The total output is dynamically distributed. For example, C1 and C2 can provide 65W and 35W respectively, while C3 and A1 provide up to 15W combined.
- AC Outlet Use: The universal AC outlet provides up to 2500W (250V/10A Max).
Connect your devices using appropriate USB-C or USB-A cables to the corresponding ports. For optimal fast charging, use cables that support high wattage delivery.

6. Maintenance
The adapter is equipped with dual 10A fuses for protection. In case of an overload or short circuit, a fuse may blow to protect your devices and the adapter. A spare fuse is included for replacement.
- Fuse Replacement: To replace a blown fuse, locate the fuse compartment on the side of the adapter. Carefully open the compartment, remove the old fuse, and insert the spare fuse. Ensure the compartment is securely closed afterward.
- Cleaning: Wipe the adapter with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the adapter in a cool, dry place when not in use. The included carrying case is recommended for protection during travel.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device Not Charging:
- Check if the adapter is securely plugged into the wall outlet.
- Verify that the correct country plug is extended and locked.
- Ensure your device's charging cable is properly connected to the adapter.
- Confirm that your device is compatible with the local voltage and the adapter's output specifications.
- Check if the adapter's fuse has blown (refer to Maintenance section for replacement).
- Slow Charging:
- Ensure you are using a high-quality cable capable of supporting fast charging.
- If multiple devices are connected, the power output is shared. Disconnect less critical devices to prioritize charging for others.
- Verify that your device supports the fast charging protocols (PD 3.1, QC 4+) offered by the adapter.
- Adapter Feels Loose in Outlet:
- Some wall outlets may have worn receptacles. Try a different outlet if available.
- Ensure the adapter's plug is fully extended and locked into position.
