1. Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions carefully before operating the paint sprayer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, and a respirator.
• Ensure the work area is well-ventilated to prevent the accumulation of flammable vapors.
• Do not spray near open flames, pilot lights, or other ignition sources.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.
• Disconnect the power plug from the outlet before cleaning, servicing, or when not in use.
• Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories and replacement parts.
• Do not use with highly flammable or corrosive materials.

Familiarize yourself with the main parts of your ElectroPrime paint sprayer:

4. Setup and Preparation

4.1 Assembly

The ElectroPrime paint sprayer is designed for easy, tool-free assembly.

1. Attach the paint container to the sprayer body by screwing it clockwise until secure.
2. Select the appropriate nozzle for your paint and project (refer to section 4.2). Insert the nozzle into the air cap.
3. Attach the air cap assembly to the sprayer body by screwing it clockwise until secure.

4.2 Paint Selection and Viscosity

The sprayer is compatible with various paints, including latex, oil-based, stains, and sealers. Proper paint viscosity is crucial for optimal spraying. Use the included viscosity cup to test your paint.

• Fill the viscosity cup with paint.
• Measure the time it takes for the paint to completely drain from the cup.
• Refer to the table below for recommended viscosity times and corresponding nozzle sizes. If the paint drains too slowly, thin it with the appropriate solvent (water for latex, mineral spirits for oil-based) until the desired viscosity is achieved.

After achieving the correct viscosity, pour the paint into the 1200ml container. Do not overfill.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Pre-Spraying Dust Removal (Blowing Function)

Before applying paint, you can use the unique blowing function to remove dust from the surface, ensuring a smoother finish.

• Ensure the paint container is empty or removed.
• Point the sprayer at the surface to be cleaned.
• Press the trigger to activate the air flow and blow away dust and debris.

5.2 Adjusting Spray Patterns

The ElectroPrime sprayer offers three adjustable spray patterns: horizontal, vertical, and circular. Rotate the air cap ring to select the desired pattern.

• Horizontal (90°): Ideal for spraying wider surfaces like fences or walls.
• Vertical (180°): Suitable for taller objects such as doors or cabinets.
• Circular (45°): Best for small, intricate areas or corners.

5.3 Adjusting Flow Control

The flow control knob allows you to regulate the paint output from 0 ml/min to 1000 ml/min, providing precise control for different projects and paint types.

• Turn the flow control knob clockwise to increase paint flow.
• Turn the flow control knob counter-clockwise to decrease paint flow.
• Always test the flow on a scrap piece of material before spraying your main project.

5.4 Spraying Technique

• Hold the sprayer approximately 6-12 inches (15-30 cm) from the surface.
• Move the sprayer in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass by about 50%.
• Maintain a consistent speed and distance to ensure an even coat.
• Avoid tilting the sprayer excessively, especially when the paint level is low, to prevent air from entering the suction tube.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning after each use is essential to maintain the sprayer's performance and extend its lifespan.

6.1 Immediate Cleaning (After Use)

1. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Empty any remaining paint from the container back into its original can.
3. Pour a small amount of appropriate cleaning solution (water for latex, mineral spirits for oil-based) into the container.
4. Reattach the container and spray the cleaning solution into a waste bucket until clear liquid comes out.
5. Disconnect the container and disassemble the nozzle assembly.
6. Clean all parts (container, suction tube, nozzle, air cap) thoroughly with the cleaning brush and cleaning needle.
7. For the unique cleaning port: Connect the cleaning port to a faucet to easily flush out paint residue from the internal passages.
8. Rinse all components with clean water and allow them to dry completely before reassembly or storage.

Note: Never immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth.
