Product Overview

The Pawfly PSTL-12 Aquarium LED Light features a full spectrum of light to support aquatic life and enhance the visual appeal of your tank. It includes multiple operating modes and adjustable settings for customization.

Setup

Mounting the Light

The Pawfly Aquarium LED Light offers two mounting options: suction cups for direct attachment to the tank glass or Velcro for flexible placement.

Figure 4: Easy Installation. The light can be fixed using either the provided suction cups, which stick tightly to smooth surfaces, or Velcro strips for versatile placement.

Using Suction Cups:

  1. Attach the suction cups to the ends of the light unit.
  2. Press the suction cups firmly against a clean, smooth surface inside or outside your aquarium glass.

Using Velcro Strips:

  1. Separate the two pieces of the Velcro strip.
  2. Remove the white adhesive backing from both pieces.
  3. Stick one piece to the desired location on your aquarium (e.g., under the lid, on the side).
  4. Stick the other piece to the light unit.
  5. Align and press the light unit onto the aquarium to secure it.

Connecting Power

Connect the power adapter to the light unit, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the connection is secure.

Operating Instructions

The light is controlled via an inline controller with a digital display and several buttons.

Operating Modes

1. 24/7 Natural Mode

This mode simulates a natural day-night cycle, automatically adjusting light intensity and color throughout the day.

2. D/N Mode (Daytime & Night Mode)

Customize the duration of daytime and nighttime lighting.

3. DIY Mode (Single Color Effects)

Manually select specific colors and adjust brightness.

The light unit has an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against continuous immersion in water. The clear board is strictly sealed with silicone to prevent moisture ingress. The solid aluminum shell aids in heat dissipation, ensuring longevity.

Troubleshooting
