Setup Instructions
- Prepare the Bed: Ensure your mattress is clean and dry.
- Place the Mattress Pad: Lay the Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad directly on top of your mattress. The deep pocket design with an all-around elastic band allows it to stretch up to 16 inches deep, securing it in place without moving or shifting.
- Connect Controllers: Locate the coupler wires on the mattress pad. Run the coupler wire to the left side of the bed. Connect the power cord from each controller to the corresponding connection point on the mattress pad.
- Plug into Power: Connect the power cords from the controllers to standard 120V AC wall outlets at 60Hz.
Operating Instructions
The Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad features dual controllers, allowing independent temperature and timer settings for each side of the bed.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button (U) on each controller to turn it on or off.
- Heat Settings: Use the 'TEMP+' and 'TEMP-' buttons to adjust the heat level. There are 10 heating levels available (01-10).
- Timer Settings: Use the 'TIME+' and 'TIME-' buttons to set the operating duration. You can choose from 1 to 12 hours. The pad will automatically shut off after the set time or after 8 hours by default.
- Preheat Function: Press the 'PREHEAT' button to activate the preheat function. This will quickly warm the pad before you get into bed. It is recommended to preheat the mattress for 15-30 minutes.
- Memory Function: The controller features a memory function that restores your previous heating level settings for convenience.
Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your heated mattress pad.
- Washing: The mattress pad is machine washable. Disconnect all controllers and power cords before washing. Wash in mild soap and cold water on a slow cycle for 2 minutes.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controllers and using it. Do not iron.
- Storage: When not in use, store the mattress pad in a cool, dry place.

- Q: My controller feels warm to the touch. Is this normal?
- A: Yes, it's normal. Keep the controller away from heat sources and ensure it is not wrapped or covered.
- Q: What does F1 or F2 mean on my controller?
- A: This usually indicates potential connection issues. To resolve:
- Make sure the controller is well connected.
- Unplug and check all connections for any damage.
- Unplug and reconnect to try again. Please connect the controller to the mattress pad first, then plug in the power cord.
