Setup and Installation
Physical Installation
The ZUMIMALL ZS-GX2S camera is designed for easy installation. It can be mounted on various surfaces using the provided mount and screws. Ensure the camera is placed in an area with good 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi coverage and sufficient sunlight for the solar panel.

App Connection
To connect your camera to the ZUMIMALL app:
- Download the ZUMIMALL app from your device's app store.
- Register for an account or log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera, typically by scanning a QR code on the device.
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network during the setup process.

Operating Your Camera
360° View and Wide Angle
Control the camera's pan (355° horizontal) and tilt (120° vertical) directly from the ZUMIMALL app to get a full view of your surroundings. The 130° wide-angle lens and 4X digital zoom allow for detailed monitoring.

2K/3MP Color Night Vision
Equipped with 2 IR and 2 white lights, the camera provides 3MP high-resolution images, which are 1.5 times sharper than standard 1080p. Experience clear, detailed color night vision for enhanced security after dark.

AI Detection and Real-time Alerts
The camera utilizes an advanced AI algorithm and PIR sensor to identify persons, pets, vehicles, and parcels. Customize alarm plans and adjust sensitivity levels to minimize false alarms. Upon detection, a notification is sent to your mobile app, and video/images are stored in the memory card or cloud.

Two-Way Audio
Engage in real-time conversations with visitors or deter intruders using the built-in microphone and speaker. This feature allows for direct interaction through the ZUMIMALL app.

Custom Detection Area

Storage Options
Recordings can be saved locally on a Micro SD card (up to 128GB) or securely in the ZUMIMALL Cloud. Cloud storage offers a 7-day loop recording option.

Multi-User Sharing
Share access to your camera's live feed and recordings with family members or trusted individuals through the ZUMIMALL app. Each user needs their own ZUMIMALL account.

Maintenance
Solar Power
The included solar panel continuously recharges the camera's battery. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day for optimal charging performance.

Weatherproof Design
With an IP66 waterproof and dustproof rating, the camera is built to withstand various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures (-4°F to 120°F / -20°C to 50°C). Regular cleaning of the lens is recommended for clear image quality.

Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the solar panel is receiving direct sunlight. Check the camera's battery level in the app. If necessary, manually charge the camera using the provided USB cable.
- No Wi-Fi Connection: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz. Check the camera's proximity to the router and ensure a strong signal. Restart your router and the camera if connection issues persist.
- Frequent False Alarms: Adjust the AI detection sensitivity settings in the app. Utilize the custom detection area feature to exclude high-traffic zones or areas with moving foliage.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens with a soft cloth. Ensure the camera is set to 2K/3MP resolution in the app settings. Check for any obstructions in the camera's field of view.
- Two-Way Audio Issues: Ensure the microphone and speaker are not obstructed. Check the audio settings within the ZUMIMALL app on your smartphone.
