Safety Information

Your Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad has undergone rigorous safety testing, including 74 safety tests with standards surpassing UL, and is ETL and FCC certified. To ensure safe operation, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Always ensure the mattress pad is properly fitted to your mattress before use.
• Do not use this product on waterbeds, bunk beds, adjustable mechanical beds, or children's cribs and beds.
• Keep the controllers away from heat sources and ensure they are not wrapped or covered during operation.
• The default auto shut-off function is set to 8 hours to prevent overheating.
• Unplug the mattress pad from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
• Do not use if the power cord or controllers are damaged.
• Avoid sharp objects that could puncture the pad.

Setup Instructions

1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove the mattress pad and controllers from the packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage.
2. Position the Pad: Place the Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad directly on your mattress, ensuring it is centered and smooth. The elastic band is designed to fit mattresses up to 18 inches thick, securing the pad in place without moving or shifting.

3. Connect Coupler Wires: For Queen size, there are two controllers. Run the coupler wire from the mattress pad to the left side of the bed.
4. Connect Power Cords: Connect the power cord from the mattress pad to the right side of the bed. Ensure both controllers are securely plugged into the mattress pad first, then plug the power cords into standard 120V AC wall outlets at 60Hz.

5. Cover the Pad: Once the pad is securely in place and connected, you may place your fitted sheet and other bedding over it.

Operating Instructions

• Time Settings: Use the "TIME+" and "TIME-" buttons to set the operating duration from 1 to 12 hours (in 1-hour intervals). The default auto shut-off is 8 hours.
• Preheat Function: Press the "PREHEAT" button to quickly warm the pad before use. This function ensures instant warmth from the moment you get into bed.
• Memory Function: The controller will restore your previous settings, tailoring the warmth to your preferences for consistent comfort.

Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions:
