3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack the Mattress Pad: Carefully remove the heated mattress pad and controller from its packaging.
  2. Position on Mattress: Place the mattress pad directly on top of your mattress, ensuring it is centered and evenly spread.
  3. Secure the Deep Pocket: The mattress pad features a deep pocket design with an all-around elastic band. Stretch the elasticized skirt over the corners of your mattress to ensure a snug and secure fit. It is designed to fit mattresses up to 18 inches thick.
  4. Connect the Controller: Locate the connection port on the mattress pad. Firmly plug the controller cord into this port. Ensure the connection is secure.
  5. Plug into Power Outlet: Plug the power cord from the controller into a standard 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad features an intuitive digital controller for easy operation.

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the controller to turn the mattress pad ON or OFF.
  2. Adjust Heat Settings: Use the 'TEMP+' and 'TEMP-' buttons to select your desired heat level from 1 to 10.
  3. Set Timer: Use the 'TIME+' and 'TIME-' buttons to set the auto shut-off timer from 1 to 12 hours in 1-hour intervals.
  4. Preheat Function: Activate the preheat function to warm your bed before you get in. This ensures a cozy experience from the moment you climb in.
  5. Memory Function: The controller features a memory function that restores your previous heat and timer settings when powered on, tailored to your preferences.

5. Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your heated mattress pad.

  • Disconnect Power: Always unplug the controller from the wall outlet and disconnect it from the mattress pad before cleaning.
  • Machine Wash: Machine wash the mattress pad in mild soap and cold water on a slow cycle for 2 minutes.
  • Rinse: Rinse in fresh, cold water on a slow cycle for 1 minute.
  • Spin Dry: Spin dry on a slow cycle for 2 minutes.
  • Air Dry: Hang the mattress pad to air dry completely. DO NOT tumble dry or iron.
  • Ensure the mattress pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and using it again.

  • Controller feels warm to the touch: This is normal. Ensure the controller is not wrapped or covered and is kept away from other heat sources.
  • Controller displays 'F1' or 'F2': This indicates a potential connection issue. Please follow these steps:
    1. Ensure the controller is well connected to the mattress pad.
    2. Unplug the controller from both the mattress pad and the wall outlet, then check for any damage to the cords or connectors.
    3. Reconnect the controller to the mattress pad first, then plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
