Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the Devoko 80 Gallon Storage Bench is designed to be straightforward, primarily utilizing a snap-together mechanism with minimal tools required.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all components listed in the "Components List" are present.
- Assemble Base: Connect the side panels (C), front panel (D), and bottom panel (E) by aligning the tabs and slots and pressing firmly until they snap into place.
- Attach Backrest: Secure the backrest panel (B) to the assembled base, ensuring all connection points are properly engaged.
- Install Reinforcement Bars: Position the three reinforcement bars (F) inside the storage compartment as indicated in the diagram (refer to image "81noiZt6FqL.jpg" for visual guidance). These bars enhance the structural integrity of the bench.
- Attach Lid: Carefully align the bench seat/lid (A) with the hinges on the backrest panel and press down until it clicks into place.
- Secure with Screws: Use a Phillips head screwdriver to insert and tighten the 6 screws (G) into the designated holes to further secure the assembly.
- Final Check: Ensure all connections are secure and the lid opens and closes smoothly.
