2. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to properly set up your Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad:

1. Unpack the Mattress Pad: Carefully remove the heated mattress pad and controllers from the packaging.
2. Position the Pad: Lay the mattress pad flat on your mattress with the connector at the foot of the bed. Ensure the pad is spread evenly without wrinkles.
3. Secure the Pad: The deep pocket design with an elastic band will help secure the pad to mattresses up to 18 inches thick. Ensure it fits snugly around all corners.
4. Connect Coupler Wire: Run the coupler wire from the connector on the mattress pad to the left side of the bed.
5. Connect Power Cord: Connect the power cord to the right side of the bed.
6. Plug in Controllers: Plug the controllers into the power cord.
7. Plug into Wall Outlet: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC wall outlet.

Using the Dual Controllers:

• Each King/Queen size mattress pad comes with two independent controllers, allowing individual temperature and timer settings for each side of the bed.
• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
• Adjust Temperature: Use the "TEMP+" and "TEMP-" buttons to select from 10 heat settings.
• Set Timer: Use the "TIME+" and "TIME-" buttons to set the auto-off timer from 1 to 12 hours.
• Preheat Function: Press the "PREHEAT" button to quickly warm the bed to the highest setting for a set period before settling into your desired temperature.
• Memory Function: The controller will remember your last used heat and time settings for convenience.

4. Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions:

• Always disconnect the power cord and controllers from the mattress pad before cleaning.
• Machine wash in mild soap and cold water on a slow cycle for 2 minutes.
• Do not bleach or iron.
• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reattaching controllers and using.

• Controller feels warm to the touch: This is normal. Keep the controller away from heat sources and ensure it is not wrapped or covered.
• F1 or F2 error on controller: This usually indicates potential connection issues.
