4.1 Front Panel

• Speaker Grille: Protects the 10-inch woofer and 1-inch tweeter.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Power-Up

1. Unpack the ANNY 10 BPH 2 system and all accessories.
2. Ensure the unit is placed on a stable surface or mounted on a compatible speaker stand.
3. Connect the power cable to the power input on the rear panel and then to a suitable power outlet.
4. Turn the master volume knob to its minimum position.
5. Press the power switch to turn on the unit. The display will illuminate.

5.2 Headset Microphone and Bodypack Setup

1. Open the battery compartment on each bodypack transmitter.
2. Insert the included AA batteries, observing correct polarity.
3. Connect the headset microphone to the bodypack transmitter.
4. Turn on the bodypack transmitter. The corresponding receiver module on the ANNY 10 BPH 2's rear panel should indicate a connection.
5. Adjust the volume for each wireless microphone separately using the dedicated controls on the ANNY's rear panel.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Operation

1. Power On/Off: Use the power switch on the rear panel.
2. Master Volume: Adjust the overall output volume using the master volume knob.
3. Input Volume: Each input channel (Mic/Line 1, Mic/Line 2, Stereo, Wireless 1, Wireless 2) has its own volume control. Adjust these to balance the sound sources.

6.2 Mixer and Effects

• 3-Band EQ: Adjust the bass, mid, and treble frequencies for each input channel to shape the sound.
• Reverb & Delay: Apply these effects to individual channels using their respective controls. The footswitch input allows for hands-free control of these effects.
• Application Presets: Select from five optimized presets (MUSIC, LIVE, VOCAL, ECO, FLAT) to quickly adapt the sound to your specific application. These presets are designed to enhance clarity and performance for different scenarios.

7. Connectivity

7.1 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or audio device.
2. On the ANNY 10 BPH 2, select the Bluetooth input. The display will show "Pairing".
3. Search for "ANNY 10 BPH 2" in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
4. Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly to the PA system.

7.2 Wired Inputs

• Microphone/Line Inputs (XLR/TRS Combo): Connect dynamic microphones, condenser microphones (if phantom power is available and enabled), or line-level instruments/devices.
• Stereo Channel (3.5mm Jack / RCA): Connect smartphones, tablets, laptops, or other audio players using a 3.5mm stereo cable or RCA cables.

8. Special Features

8.1 Priority Function (Ducking)

The "Priority" function automatically attenuates background music when a selected microphone input is used. This ensures that announcements or vocals are always clear and audible. To activate, select the desired microphone in the priority settings menu on the ANNY 10 BPH 2.

8.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS)

For a wider stereo soundstage and increased output, two ANNY 10 loudspeakers can be linked wirelessly using the True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function. Refer to the TWS pairing instructions in the full manual for detailed steps.

8.3 DynX® DSP (Gen. 2)

The integrated DynX® DSP (Digital Signal Processor) ensures a clear, powerful, and distortion-free sound even at maximum volume levels. This technology optimizes audio performance across all frequencies.

An integrated holder on the top panel allows you to conveniently place your smartphone or tablet. The USB-C port on the rear panel provides power to charge your mobile devices while in use.

8.5 Portability

The ANNY 10 BPH 2 is designed for easy transport with integrated wheels and a telescopic handle, allowing it to be pulled like a trolley. Robust housing and additional side handles ensure durability and ease of lifting.

9. Battery Management

The ANNY 10 BPH 2 is equipped with an internal battery for portable operation.

• Charging: Connect the PA system to a power outlet using the provided power cable to charge the internal battery. The display will indicate charging status.
• Battery Life:
  • Up to 25 hours in ECO preset (medium volume, voice-only/background music).
  • Up to 5 hours at maximum volume in MUSIC preset.
• Optional Backup Batteries: The operating time can be extended by using optionally available backup batteries. These can be quickly swapped out.
• Bodypack Batteries: The bodypack transmitters use AA batteries. Replace them when the low battery indicator appears on the bodypack or the ANNY's display.

10. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the unit in a dry, cool place. Ensure the internal battery is partially charged (around 50%) before long-term storage.
• Transport: Consider using the optionally available water-repellent transport bag for protection during travel.
