2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. This heated mattress pad is ETL and FCC certified, ensuring it meets high safety standards with virtually no electromagnetic radiation during operation. Always follow these safety guidelines:

  • Do not use with infants, invalids, or anyone insensitive to heat.
  • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs.
  • Do not use with other heating devices.
  • Do not dry clean. Dry cleaning solvents may damage the insulation of the heating element.
  • Do not bleach or iron the mattress pad.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to properly install your heated mattress pad:

  1. Position the Pad: Lay the heated mattress pad flat on your mattress with the tag positioned at the foot of the bed. Ensure the pad is evenly spread and free of wrinkles.
  2. Secure to Mattress: The mattress pad features 8-21 inch deep pockets. Stretch the elasticized skirt over the corners of your mattress to ensure a secure and snug fit.
  3. Connect Controller: Locate the coupler wire on the mattress pad. Run the coupler wire to the right side of the bed. Securely connect the controller's plug to the coupler on the mattress pad. Ensure a firm connection.
  4. Connect to Power: Plug the power cord from the controller into a standard 120V AC 60Hz electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The single controller allows you to customize your warmth and comfort. The Full size pad uses one controller.

  • Power On/Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the pad on or off.
  • Heat Settings: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to select your desired heat level from 1 to 10.
  • Timer Settings: Press the 'TIMER' button to cycle through auto shut-off options from 1 to 12 hours. The pad will automatically turn off after the selected time.
  • Preheat Function: Activate the 'PREHEAT' function to quickly warm your bed before use.

6. Maintenance & Care

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your heated mattress pad.

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the power cable from the wall outlet and then detach the controller from the mattress pad before washing.
  2. Machine Wash: The heated mattress pad is machine washable. Use a mild detergent and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  3. Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all detergent is rinsed out.
  4. Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and using it.

Q: Why is my controller warm?

A: It is normal for electrical products to generate some heat during operation. Do not wrap the controller in the heated product during use, as this can impede heat dissipation.

Q: What does the "F" displayed on the controller screen mean?

A: An "F" indicates a connection error. Please check as follows:

  1. Ensure the controller is securely connected to the mattress pad.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and inspect the power plug for damage.
  3. Unplug the power cord and reconnect it. First, connect the controller to the mattress pad, then plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
