Setup

1. Unpack: Remove the massage gun and all accessories from its packaging and the travel case.
2. Charge: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB-C cable. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 6 hours of use depending on speed setting.
3. Attach Head: Select one of the seven interchangeable massage heads. Gently push the desired head into the front opening of the massage gun until it is securely seated. To remove, pull the head straight out.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the LED touch screen for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The screen will illuminate, and the device will start at Level 1 (Pressure-Adaptive Speed).
2. Adjust Speed: Short press the power button to cycle through the 6 speed levels (1600-3000 rpm). The circular indicator light on the screen will clearly display the current speed level.
   • Level 1: Pressure-Adaptive Speed (1600-3000 rpm)
   • Level 2: 1600 rpm (Relax your body)
   • Level 3: 1950 rpm (Warm-up before exercise)
   • Level 4: 2300 rpm (Soothe your muscles)
   • Level 5: 2650 rpm (Deep tissue relief)
   • Level 6: 3000 rpm (Professional intensity)
3. Adaptive Mode: In Level 1, the device automatically adjusts intensity based on the pressure applied, ensuring an effective massage.
4. Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device. The massage gun will also automatically power down after 10 minutes of continuous use to conserve battery life and for safety.

Applying the Massage Gun
