3. Setup Guide
3.1 Physical Installation
- Mounting the Cameras: Use the provided mounting screws to securely attach the cameras to your desired indoor or outdoor locations. Ensure the camera's field of view covers the area you wish to monitor.
- Connecting Cameras to NVR: Connect each camera to the NVR using the provided LAN cables. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology allows a single cable to transmit both power and video data.

3.2 NVR Connection
- Connect to Display: Connect the NVR to a monitor or TV using the HDMI cable.
- Connect to Network: Connect the NVR to your router using the provided LAN cable for internet access.
- Power On: Connect the NVR power adapter to the NVR and plug it into an electrical outlet.
3.3 Mobile App Setup
- Download App: Download the free "Honestview" or "Eseecloud" app from your smartphone's APP Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
- Register Account: Follow the in-app instructions to register a new account.
- Add Device: Add your NVR system to the app by scanning the QR code on the NVR or manually entering the device ID.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Live View & Remote Access
Once the system is set up and connected to the app, you can view live footage from your cameras on your smartphone, tablet, or computer from anywhere with an internet connection. The app supports simultaneous viewing of multiple camera streams (up to 4 users).

4.2 PTZ Control & Auto-Tracking
The cameras feature Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) functionality, allowing you to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. You can pan horizontally up to 355° and tilt vertically up to 90° using the mobile app. The auto-tracking feature automatically follows detected human movement, ensuring critical moments are recorded.

4.3 Two-Way Audio
The built-in microphone and speaker allow for two-way communication. You can speak through the camera using the app and hear responses from the camera's location.

4.4 Motion Detection (PIR & AI)
The system utilizes advanced PIR (Passive Infrared) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) detection to accurately identify human movement and reduce false alarms. When motion is detected, you will receive real-time notifications on your smartphone.

4.5 Recording & Playback
The NVR comes with a 1TB HDD for continuous recording. H.265 compression technology ensures efficient storage usage, allowing for longer recording times compared to H.264, while maintaining high video quality. You can review recorded footage via the NVR connected to a monitor or through the mobile app.

5. Maintenance
- Camera Cleaning: Periodically clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Connection Check: Regularly inspect all cable connections (LAN, power) for any signs of wear or damage, especially for outdoor installations.
- Software Updates: Check the mobile app or manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates for the NVR and cameras to ensure optimal performance and security.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Image Display: Ensure all power and video cables are securely connected. Check if the NVR and cameras are powered on. Verify monitor input selection.
- No Audio: Check audio settings in the app or NVR interface. Ensure the microphone and speaker are not obstructed.
- Motion Detection Not Triggering: Verify motion detection settings in the app. Adjust sensitivity and detection zones. Ensure there are no obstructions in the camera's view.
- Remote Access Issues: Check your internet connection. Ensure the NVR is connected to the router. Restart the NVR and router.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens. Ensure there is adequate lighting. Check resolution settings in the NVR or app.
