5. Operating Instructions

Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on.

  1. Purge Air from System:
    • With the water supply on and the pressure washer still off, squeeze the trigger on the high-pressure gun to allow water to flow through and expel any air from the system. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges.
  2. Start the Pressure Washer:
    • Turn the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer unit to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
    • The unit features an automatic stop system, meaning the motor will only run when the trigger on the gun is squeezed and will stop when the trigger is released.
  3. Adjust Spray Pattern:
    • If using the adjustable lance, twist the nozzle to change the spray pattern from a concentrated jet to a wider fan spray.
  4. Begin Cleaning:
    • Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands.
    • Start spraying from a distance and gradually move closer to the surface, observing the cleaning effect.
    • Maintain a safe distance from the surface to avoid damage.
  5. Shutting Down:
    • Release the trigger on the spray gun.
    • Turn the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer unit to the "OFF" position.
    • Turn off the water supply.
    • Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release any remaining pressure in the system.
    • Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
    • Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

  • Filter Cleaning: The pressure washer is equipped with a double filter system (internal and external) to prevent particles from damaging the pump. Regularly inspect and clean both filters to ensure proper water flow and prevent blockages.
    • To clean the external filter, disconnect the garden hose and remove the filter. Rinse it under running water.
    • To clean the internal filter, carefully remove it from the water inlet and rinse thoroughly.
  • Nozzle Cleaning: If the spray pattern becomes irregular or pressure drops, the nozzle may be clogged. Use the provided nozzle cleaner tool to clear any debris from the nozzle opening.
  • Hose and Cord Inspection: Regularly check the high-pressure hose and power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or leaks. Replace damaged components immediately.
  • Storage: Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing damage in cold climates. Store the pressure washer in a dry, protected area. Use the integrated accessory holder for the power cord.
