Setup
Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your usmile P20 PRO toothbrush. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the handle and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The display will indicate charging status. A full charge can take approximately 4-6 hours and provides up to 90 days of use.
Attaching the Brush Head
- Align the brush head with the metal shaft on the toothbrush handle.
- Push the brush head down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely attached.
- To remove, pull the brush head straight up from the handle.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To turn on the toothbrush, press the power button (larger button) once.
- To turn off the toothbrush, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The toothbrush will also automatically shut off after 4 minutes of continuous operation.
Selecting Brushing Modes

Brushing Technique
For optimal results, follow these guidelines:
- Apply Toothpaste: Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the wet brush head.
- Angle the Brush: Place the brush head at a 45-degree angle to your gums, covering both the tooth surface and the gumline.
- Gentle Pressure: Guide the brush slowly across each tooth. Do not scrub or apply excessive pressure. The built-in pressure sensor will alert you if you are brushing too hard by reducing vibration and illuminating a red light.
- 4-Zone Brushing Tracking: The Smart Ring feature on the display will guide you through 4 quadrants of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower left, lower right). Brush each quadrant for 30 seconds. The toothbrush will provide a brief pause or vibration to indicate when to move to the next quadrant.
- 2-Minute Timer: The toothbrush has a built-in 2-minute timer to ensure you brush for the dentist-recommended duration.
- Thorough Coverage: Ensure you brush all surfaces of your teeth: outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
Charging
USB-C Charging
The usmile P20 PRO features a universal USB-C charging port for convenience. To charge:
- Ensure the charging port at the bottom of the handle is dry.
- Insert the USB-C cable into the port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source.
- The display will show the charging progress.
Battery Life

Maintenance
Cleaning the Toothbrush
To maintain hygiene and performance:
